My name is Lisa. I have been practising personal development for over 20 years and teaching for almost ten. I have 2 bio kids, a bonus son and a foster daughter. I am a certified yoga teacher, certified in belief reconstruction and neurolinguistic programming, mindfulness, breath work, personal training, basic nutrition coaching, trained in trauma and how it affects children and their health. I currently work one on one with children and youth, group classes, create programs for schools, wellness days at schools, run classes for business's and the city, yoga with farm animals, mother baby classes, and volunteer on the adolescent psych unit. I am passionate about total body health and prevention. I am committed and confident that together we can improve all areas of your health.

We're the Missy's. Well both our names aren't missy but we respond to anything as long as it's in that high pitched awful tone. We are therapy dogs with our own background of trauma. One of us is missing a leg. We love building trust with people, shaking, whining and kissing you with our terrible breath. We can't wait to meet you.

Every work place should have security. My name means beast in Spanish but I identify as a small dog. I'm not for everyone because I love to give hugs and sit on your lap or take over your entire yoga mat. But I help break the ice in a room and make people feel more at ease. I am available at request.

Every workplace has one. At 17 years old, Cabbit has been around forever and she will be sure to tell you off if you look at her the wrong way or pet her to many times. She has resting grumpy face all the time and thinks she owns the place (she does). If you choose our home based facility, you are guaranteed to fall in love with her... everyone does.
